Ashtangayoga 1
Powerful dynamic yoga where using different "asanas", body positions, to achieve balance and well being .

Ashtangayoga 2
A continuation of Ashtanga Yoga 1.

 

Dynamic Yoga

A combination of different styles of Hatha Yoga.  

 

Hatha Yoga Flow
A dynamic and flowing form of yoga inspired by Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga and Iyengar yoga. We work with many different movement sequences synchronised with breathing. Strengthen the body and soul, sweat and find peace.

Mindfulness

The class will help you to train your mental abilities in a physically relaxed state and thereby create a better life, improved self-esteem, less stress, greater awareness, etc. The class does not require you to change into workout clothes.
 

Pilates 1
This class aims to make you aware of your body and breathing. Find the muscular balance of strength and mobility, and relax all the tensions in your body.

Pilates 2
More advanced class of Pilates.

 

Qigong

Qigong means "to develop life energy." The moves are simple and are done slowly and softly. Outer and inner relaxation leads to a greater concentration capacity and increased wellbeing.

 

Hard Core/Stretch

25 minutes of core training followed by 25 minutes of stretching. Combine the two classes or attend them seperatly in combination with other types of training.

 

Stretch & Relax

55 minutes of pure pleasure. Stretching followed by relaxation.
