Aqua GymStick

Using the Aqua Gymstick in the water gives you both resitance training and the benifits from regular water training.

 

Aqua Pilates
Pilates in the water shapes and strengthens the body whilst working on your balance, mobility and stabilization of the muscles around the stomach, lumbar region, shoulders and shoulder blades.

 
Classic

Modern and classical techniques are combined in this aquatic class. Conditioning and strength training using smaller equipment. An all around program.

Speedo

Experience weightlessness and be prepared to give it your all, occasionally not touching the bottom of the pool. The belt allows you to work out without touching the bottom, and the gloves are worn to progressively increase resistance during strength training .

 
Aqua Bootcamp 

Working out at different stations in the water where fitness and strength are challenged with different types of excercises.  

 

Vattengymping

Happy music and easy movements to strengthen and improve cardiovascular fitness.
