Sturebadet’s exclusive Spa Day also includes the Sturebadet Spa Ritual, a glass of champagne, and chocolates in our spa lounge plus a healthy and delicious lunch in Restaurant Curman. The Sturebadet Spa Ritual includes a vanity case with selected Kerstin Florian products. These products form the basis for the Spa Ritual, which you do yourself. This kit includes: facial cleanser, facemask, neroli water, body scrub, foot balm, facial cream, and body spray. How to proceed and how each product is used will be clearly explained to you when you check in.

By purchasing the Sturebadet Day at the Spa, you will get to enjoy the pleasures of Sturebadet for the entire day. Feel free to take part in any of our fitness classes held in our aerobics studio, our new Body/Mind Studio or the Sturebadet pool. In addition, you are welcome to exercise in the gym, weight rooms, or cardio rooms. If you prefer, we invite you to take a relaxing swim to classical music in the Sturebadet pool.

Following your workout, we offer fresh fruit and juices in our poolside spa lounge. Here, you are also free to purchase a snack or enjoy a glass of champagne and delectable chocolates. You will find our qualified spa hosts in the spa lounge, who are here to ensure that your visit to Sturebadet is as enjoyable as possible. They can tell you about our various treatments at Sturebadet and answer any questions you may have about Sturebadet’s many offerings.

During your visit, please visit Restaurant Curman where delicious and nutritious breakfasts and lunches are served daily.

We then invite you to rest and refresh in the aroma room of our Nordic-inspired relaxation suite, or browse through any one of our beautiful spa books. We would like to give you time to unwind, relax, and dream at Sturebadet, so that you can gather new energy for the days to come.
